• Collaborate with the creative team to understand brand stories, target audiences, and
  campaign objectives.
• Develop high-quality graphic design elements that visually represent brand messages and
  resonate with the target audience. This may include illustrations, icons, info graphics,
  social media graphics, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Ensure all design work adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual
  identity.
• Work effectively with internal teams (Account Managers, Project Managers) and external
  vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain a well-organized design library and ensure all assets are properly documented
  and archived.

• Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, layout,
  and composition.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
  (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for storytelling and a strong understanding of visual storytelling principles.
