  1. Job Acquisition:
  • Regularly browse Upwork to identify relevant project opportunities for our company.
  • Conduct research on potential clients, their requirements, and project details.
  • Assess the feasibility and alignment of projects with our company’s expertise and goals.
  • Submit project proposals and bids on behalf of our company, showcasing our capabilities and competitive advantages. (In collaboration with the commercial department)
  1. Acquire Proposal Docs from Marketing Dept (Done by marketing Dept)
  • With persuasive and customized project proposals that effectively address client needs already provided
  • Understand project
  • Clearly communicate our company’s value proposition, experience, and skills to potential clients.
  • Highlight unique selling points and competitive advantages to differentiate our proposals from others.
  1. Client Communication:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the project acquisition phase.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, clarifications, and feedback.
  • Conduct client meetings or video calls to discuss project details and requirements. (Collab with marketing dept)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and ensure accurate proposal content.
  1. Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Provide regular project updates and maintain open lines of communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Address client concerns and resolve any issues that may arise during the project acquisition process.
  • Seek feedback from clients to improve our proposal strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Proven experience in acquiring jobs and submitting proposals on platforms like Upwork or similar freelancing websites.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong understanding of various industries, project requirements, and client expectations.
  • Ability to create persuasive, tailored, and compelling proposals that highlight our company’s strengths.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools to create project plans, timelines, and budgets.

Social Media Content Creator (Photography and Videography)

Job Description: As a Social Media Content Creator specializing in photography and videography, your role will be to acquire imagery content in the form of photographs and short video reels to maintain the social media accounts of our clients. You will be responsible for capturing visually appealing and engaging content that aligns with the clients’ brand and social media strategy.

    1. Content Acquisition:
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their brand identity, target audience, and social media objectives.
    • Conduct research and brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for visual content.
    • Plan and organize photoshoots and video shoots to capture relevant imagery for social media campaigns.
    • Select appropriate locations, props, and models (if necessary) to enhance the visual impact of the content.
    • Utilize professional photography and videography equipment to capture high-quality visuals.
    1. Photography and Videography:
    • Take high-resolution photographs and short video reels that showcase the clients’ products, services, or brand essence.
    • Apply creative composition techniques, lighting, and post-processing to enhance the visual appeal of the content.
    • Ensure that the imagery aligns with the clients’ branding guidelines and social media aesthetic.
    • Capture moments, events, or behind-the-scenes footage that resonate with the target audience and tell a compelling story.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of visual content.
    1. Content Editing and Optimization:
    • Edit and retouch photographs using professional editing software to enhance colors, clarity, and overall visual appeal.
    • Compile and edit video reels, ensuring smooth transitions, appropriate music, and effective storytelling.
    • Optimize visual content for different social media platforms, considering aspect ratios, file sizes, and format requirements.
